I boost all my Chinese rubbers with Falco Long and surely the rubber becomes livelier and softer and it easily stays like this for at least 3 months. Never tried another booster. Too lazy to apply every week or so

Thanks Mischa for the information.
I checked some clubs, it seems they are only open on certain day/hours in the week, and only have training session. I am a visitor and would like to play some matches with local players, and not training. Do you know any club that is open and lots of players just go, mingle and play matches for fun?
I also google table tennis club in Munich, and the first one shows up is: SC AU Munchen e.V, but this club is not even in the list (Munich East, West), it is kinda confusing to find a club in Munich. Let me know if you know a good club to go to?
Thanks,
TheDenier

Seriously you EJ's, mess about with your rubbers, but not your blade. Your blade is the stable point of your feel, once you get a blade you feel comfortable with, STICK TO IT ! all good players stick to the same blade.

Hey guys! I ran across a Buttetfly Cypress-P paddle. I don’t know much about it other than that it’s old. Anyone know how much it may be worth? How rare is it?

The competition is amazing. So many skilled players from all over the world. We have entries from 85 countries. The U.S. has the most at 520. Germany is not far behind with 400 and India, Japan and England are sending more than 200 each. Russia is sending a large group.

Just think -all over the world in tt clubs in the next few months- seniors will be preparing for their Vegas trip and trying to peak for the tourney.
Opening ceremonies on Sunday evening is going to be a great show.

Just a note/warning: Similar to the old Xiom Vega Asia etc., the Rhyzer shrinks considerably after gluing. I wanted to re-glue the rubber today to a different blade and it approximately shrunk ~2mm.

Just as a warning to others - cut the rubber generously.

I googled few names from the past and brought up the thread.
Mr Meisel staged a few good multi-player tournaments in the UK but these attracted the participation of the already-commited and, apart from a few newspaper lines presenting him as the rebel taking on the establishment, created little interest and did nothing to promote the sport.

![]() How is Virtouso -+ compared to bty Korbel? Which is most close to Korbel? Why should i choose Virtouso and not Korbel, some stiga 5 ply blade or something else? I want a 84-85 g blade. |
I've never played with a Korbel but from what I've read, either of the Virtuosos will be similar to it. However, you will pay more for the Virtuoso because they aren't mass produced like Butterfly.
FYI, the Korbel is listed as 90g while the Virtuoso-+ are listed as 85-90g. If you order a Virtuoso and request an 85g blade, since you're dealing directly with the manufacturer, they will do their best to accommodate you. Just put your request on the order form. With the Korbel, you're limited to whatever the dealer has in stock.
Another blade that is similar but less expensive would be the Adidas/ITC Challenge Force. The Adidas may be hard to find since they are no longer in the table tennis business, however, ITC was the OEM for Adidas and they are still around.

Are there any defensive blades more than 6mm thick and weighing 80 grams or less? I have the kim kyung ah blade... but it is discontinued and I haven't seen anything like it since.
Any blades more than 6mm thick and 80 grams or less in weight? Not really balsa based either as they have a different feel.

Yes I missed my doubles partner one of the best players I've ever known Cheng Ying Hua. We are in the 60 doubles together and Cheng is in the 60 singles and so am I. Kalinic is in the 60-64.Jonyer the 65-69 group. Weixing probably the 40-44. Not sure about the others as we have not received their official entry yet. We know they are attending.

Doubles partners will be selected for you if you do not nominate one. The doubles draw is done very late to make sure everyone is correct. Singles draws will be posted ahead of time so the players know when they start on Monday.
