yes, it is notably lighter than any of those. Not sure how much and it will vary by batch but perhaps 3-4 grams on average. It is enough to feel a difference when u swap Tenergy with Rhyzm.

The throw is not as high as T05 or MXP, but then nothing is as high, nothing that Iknow of at least.

The throw is medium high and really intuitive. Very easy to aim at corners in mid distance looping. The intuitiveness of the throw is a part of why the control is so great. It is certainly easier to aim than t05, which arches too high and makes calculation difficult away from the table.

The one thing you need to note is that this rubber has a smooth topsheet and plays best with good contact and stroke through the ball. It is not a good rubber for 'brushing' strokes. Evo and MXP bite much better in brushing, as well as during serve. For that reason I think that Rhyzm is really a FH rubber, where you have good power and there is no brushing. On the BH, if you open with banana loop, t05 is unmatched.

When i compare rubbers i refer to regular sponge only. Every single soft version sponge that I have tried is inferior to the regulars.
